If you get this error upon installation:

No libqt4-core, libqt4-gui.

Load this deb:

64-bit

32-bit

If you install via via dpkg -i cartaodecidadao-ubuntu.[version].ajoliveira.deb

Please install prior to it:

sudo apt-get install libqt4-designer libqt4-opengl libqt4-svg libqtgui4 libqtwebkit4 opensc libccid
